Project Overview

A comprehensive, end-to-end electrical fit-out of a large-scale rural shed in Congarinni North. This project was designed to transform a raw shell into a fully functional, high-capacity living and working space, blending industrial power requirements with residential comforts.

Infrastructure & Heavy Power
The backbone of this project was the installation of high-performance power systems to handle both workshop machinery and domestic appliances.

3-Phase Power Supply: Installed and commissioned a 3-phase power system to provide maximum efficiency and capacity for high-draw equipment and future-proofing the property for their dream home finalised in 2026.

Complete Energisation: Managed the full service connection to ensure the site was energised and "ready to live in" immediately upon completion.

Dedicated Circuits: Custom circuit design to separate heavy workshop loads from residential lighting and power points, preventing nuisance tripping.

Custom Fit-Out & Services
Beyond the heavy infrastructure, we delivered a full residential-grade internal fit-out tailored for the "Shed Life" aesthetic.

Integrated Lighting Design: High-output LED lighting for work areas combined with warm, recessed lighting for the living zones.

Full Service Installation: Wiring and connection of essential services including electric hot water systems, kitchen appliances, and climate control.

Strategic Power Placement: Custom placement of GPOs (power points) and data ports to suit the client’s unique layout for both work and lifestyle.
