Project Overview
A comprehensive two-stage electrical transformation of a premium coastal residence in Sawtell. This project required a complete systems overhaul to modernise a legacy structure, ensuring it met both contemporary aesthetic standards and strict Australian safety compliance.
Stage 1: Infrastructure & Modernisation (Completed Dec 2025)
The primary goal of Stage 1 was to strip back decades of outdated wiring and replace it with a high-capacity, future-proofed electrical network.
Full Electrical Strip-Out: Safely decommissioned and removed all redundant legacy cabling and hardware.
Precision Rough-In: Engineered and installed new cabling architecture designed for high-end coastal living.
Switchboard Upgrade & Rectification: Performed a total switchboard overhaul to rectify existing defects, installing modern RCD protection and circuit breakers to ensure 100% compliance with AS/NZS 3000 standards.
The Christmas Deadline: Successfully managed a tight timeline to complete the fit-out and energise the property before the 2025 Christmas break, providing the clients with a fully powered home for the holiday season.
Stage 2: Refinement & Expansion (In Progress – 2026)
Following the successful completion of the core infrastructure, we are moving into the final aesthetic and functional layers of the build.
Final Touches (Stage 1): Installation of bespoke architectural lighting, premium switchgear, and smart home integration.
Stage 2 Commencement (H1 2026): Moving into the next phase of the renovation, focusing on [insert specific area, e.g., outdoor entertainment/extension/landscape lighting].
Continued Collaboration: Working closely with builders and homeowners to ensure the electrical design evolves with the renovation's progress.
